    "Tear it up!"

    "I would prefer not to."

    and the ever classic,

    "I'M MAKING MY LUNCH!!!"

I was just thinking of this line on the way home from work this evening. Too funny!!

    Favorite:
    "I'm making my lunch!!"

But also the unspoken roll of "The Thin Man" in Charlie's Angels kicked major ass.

How about from the David Letterman episode, "I can kick. Want to see me?"

"I...I can...I can kick real high...you wanna see me kick high?"

      Classic.

This was something else I was thinking about on the way home tonight.

Crispin Glover appeared on Late Night promoting Willard, but unfortunately Dave was out sick. It was a let-down, but watching Crispin on the show got me thinking about how immersed in his roles he apparently gets.

He was dressed to the nines in the same vintage as he wore in Willard. He commented about how he prefers to wear this type of clothes every day. A few days later, he appeared on Connan O'Brien and had the exact same schtick. He talked about the same things even though they felt off topic. it was almost as if he was forced to say certain things, or that he decided that this particular information was what he was going to share.

The idea of him wearing the same clothes as those in the movie struck me as funny, because he did the same thing when he first appeared on Late Night dressed as Rubin Farr.

Deduction: it's all just an act.

Of course, right after the Letterman kicking incident, Crispin was interviewed by MTV News and he was wearing the vintage suit with the slicked back short hair...this was what, 1990? '91? I just remember that MTV wanted to talk about the Letterman incident, and all Crispin wanted to talk about was his collection of glass eyeballs.

          GOD, I love the Hellion.

ohhhh, i'm trying so hard to remember the exact wording, and keanu really makes the scene with crispin here, but its in the rivers edge.
keanu starts humming the theme to mission impossible in the back seat while crispin is sped out of his mind, and he finally snaps and yells at him something like - "WILL YOU SHUT UP? THIS IS SERIOUS MAN! THIS IS OUR FRIENDS LIFE WERE TALKING ABOUT!"
yes that was oh so good! and fron the same flick, i also like "Maaaaaaahhhhhhtttt! Hurry your ass" - i use that on all the matts i know.
but my all time fav is what most of ours is
            "I'm making my lunch!"

i'm new here - you guys rock!
